Renee Jones; MS, CMHP, CDVC
CEO, Therapist, Speaker, Educator

Renee Jones is a beacon of hope and resilience, serving as the CEO and founder of In Community Counseling while also leading as the primary Clinician. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Welfare and Master of Science in Health Education and Counseling Services, as well as certifications in Mental Health Counseling (CMHP) and Domestic Violence Counseling (CDVC), Renee’s journey is not just one of professional achievement, but of personal triumph over adversity.

Drawing from her own experiences as a survivor of human trafficking and domestic violence, Renee’s work is imbued with empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to advocacy. Her specialization spans a wide spectrum, encompassing motivational therapy, family dynamics work, addiction counseling, sexual health, anxiety, depression, and numerous other areas of mental health and well-being.

Beyond her clinical practice, Renee is a tireless advocate, nationally recognized speaker, and educator. She has founded two non-profit organizations dedicated to supporting survivors and raising awareness about mental health issues. Renee’s contributions have been honored with numerous awards in the realms of mental health and community service, reflecting her unwavering dedication and impact.

As a chair holder and committee member for several county and mental health organizations, Renee is at the forefront of shaping policies and initiatives aimed at improving access to mental health services and advocating for the rights of survivors. Her passion for growth, personal success, and emotional and spiritual healing drives her work, inspiring transformation and empowerment in the lives of her clients and community.

Erin King; MA, CATP
Administrative Assistant, Therapist

Erin brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her role as Administrative Assistant at In Community Counseling, while simultaneously serving as a Master’s level individual and group therapist. With a Master’s degree in Psychology from NYU and over 15 years of clinical experience across outpatient, inpatient, and residential mental health settings, Erin’s dedication to healing and growth is unparalleled.

Her specialization encompasses a diverse range of areas, including brain behavior, addiction treatment, trauma-informed care, trauma resolution, and grief therapy. Erin’s approach is grounded in client-centered and strength-based methodologies, with a keen application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to empower individuals on their journey towards wellness.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Erin is also a certified Art Therapist, leveraging the expressive arts as a powerful tool for healing and self-expression. Her passion for facilitating healing extends beyond the individual level to encompass families, recognizing the interconnectedness of personal growth within the broader context of familial dynamics.

With a deep commitment to providing holistic and compassionate care, Erin embodies the essence of healing and growth, enriching the lives of those she serves with empathy, expertise, and unwavering dedication.

Jamy Parrilla
Operations Specialist

Jamy is an ambitious undergraduate student at the University of Central Florida, pursuing studies in Clinical Psychology and Biology. Alongside her academic pursuits, Jamy also serves as the Operations Specialist for In Community Counseling, where she oversees various responsibilities including managing the front of house, social media presence, community relations, and facilitating life skills-related groups. Her multifaceted role highlights her organizational skills, adaptability, and dedication to fostering positive community engagement. With aspirations of attending medical school to specialize in either Psychiatry or Neurology, Jamy’s passion for understanding the human mind extends beyond academia and into practical applications within her professional endeavors in her role with In Community Counseling.

Molly Croke

Graphic Artist & Web Designer

Molly is a versatile graphics and web designer based in Spring Hill, Florida, with a global clientele. She graduated from the FIRST Institute of Graphic Design, where she honed her skills in creating captivating visual identities and digital experiences. Specializing in everything from logos and branding to websites and social media graphics, Molly brings creativity and technical expertise to every project.

Beyond her design prowess, Molly is also a seasoned professional photographer, capturing moments with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic flair. Her passion for visual storytelling shines through in both her design work and photography, making her a trusted creative partner for businesses and individuals alike, whether they’re around the corner or across the globe.
