Mental Health
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

In Community Counseling is a mental health private practice that provides individual and family therapy for children, teens, and adults.
In Community Counseling does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
Individual Therapy: Exploring emotions, building insight, and developing interpersonal skills are the hallmarks of individual therapy (for children, teens, and adults of all ages). Providing a safe, validating, and empathic setting can be essential for individuals to better understand themselves and empower them to face the world!
Preteen And Adolescent Therapy: Sometimes it can feel like you and your child/infant or teen have a very different understanding of the world. Perhaps this may be causing difficulties in attachment or bonding with your child or teen. I can help both parent and child develop healthy attachments by developing diverse ways of communicating and relating to one another.
Family Therapy: In family therapy, our clinicians help families develop communication skills, listening skills and better ways of relating to one another. By using various cognitive behavioral techniques, we help families face the underlying issues that may impact the family foundation.
We believe in working one-on-one with each client to provide expert guidance and care tailored specifically for your concerns. Please contact us today to schedule your initial evaluation.
